Job summary

Sapphire at Rivers Edge in Sheridan, OR is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA) to support residents with daily living activities and help them achieve their healthcare goals. You will work with a nurse supervisor to monitor changes in condition and ensure accurate documentation and communication with staff and families.

• Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services
• Chart all appropriate documentation
• As a Nursing Assistant (NA) you will work with nurse supervisor to monitor any changes in condition
• Communicate both orally and written with staff, residents, family members, etc.
• Foster a supportive, compassionate environment for our residents and their families
• Adheres to the policies and procedures of the facility
• Other duties as assigned
