CONSUMER DIRECTED SERVICES INC. is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide hands-on care and daily living support in a skilled nursing facility.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and meals, while upholding dignity, safety, and comfort. Key duties include taking vital signs, observing changes, following care plans, aiding mobility, maintaining a clean environment, and collaborating with nurses and the care team.

Qualificações

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Strong caregiving, safety, and patient-dignity focus.
Ability to observe, document, and communicate resident needs.
Compassionate, team-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

Take vital signs and monitor residents’ condition.
Observe and report changes to nursing staff.
Follow care plans and support restorative and dementia care.
Assist with mobility and activities of daily living.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Work collaboratively with nurses and the care team.
