  • Take and record vital signs; report any abnormalities.
  • Assist nurses with treatments and daily care tasks.
  • Accurately document care in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and treat all individuals with respect and dignity.
  • Ensure patient rooms and work areas are clean, stocked, and safe.
  • Use proper infection control procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Operate basic medical equipment (e.g., lifts, vital sign machines).
  • Communicate effectively with team members and support a positive work environment.

Mobridge Regional Hospital has an opening for a full-time or part-time Nursing Assistant,

We are looking for someone with great people skills, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude to join our team and provide compassionate care to our patients.

The Nursing Assistant is responsible for providing direct patient care in a safe, efficient, and professional manner. This position works cooperatively with all levels of staff while maintaining a respectful and supportive environment for patients, families, and coworkers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care (bathing, grooming, oral care, nutrition, mobility, and elimination)
