Job summary

OU Health in Oklahoma City is seeking a Nursing Analytics Program Manager to lead the optimization of nursing analytics, enhancing patient care through data-driven insights. This role involves overseeing benchmarking analytics tools and collaborating with nursing leadership for quality improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Nursing and proven clinical leadership experience. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including PTO and 401(k).

Qualifications

Proven track record of clinical leadership in enhancement and support of clinical information systems.
Active RN License required.
Basic Life Support certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

Manage the utilization of NDNQI and other benchmarking analytics tools.
Analyze nursing performance metrics to identify areas of improvement.
Develop quality improvement initiatives based on data analysis.
Ensure adherence to national nursing quality standards.
Generate reports and dashboards to communicate findings.
