Wellington at Arapaho, a Sonida Senior Living community, in Richardson, TX, seeks a Nursing Aid to provide compassionate daily living assistance in an Independent Living and Assisted Living setting. You will use advanced EHR tools and SafeYou AI technology to enhance resident care and safety.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities and medications while promoting independence.
• Escort residents within building and outdoors as needed.
• Assist with meals setup, service, and cleanup.
• Help plan and support resident activities.
• Treat residents with dignity and respect.

Nursing Aid Responsibilities Include

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence


• Escorts residents both within the building and outside, as needed


• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards


• May assist with the planning and executing of activities for residents on a regularly scheduled basis


• Treat residents with dignity and respect at all times
