Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing.
• 3–5 years in post-secondary education (online instruction a plus).
• CNE certification to be obtained within 12 months of hire.
• Doctoral degree preferred from a regionally accredited institution.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct reports for the program location (Faculty, Simulation Operations Specialist, NCLEX Mentor, Clinical Coordinator).
• Maintain clinical site relationships and serve as liaison to the state board of nursing (BON).
• Oversee student contracts, compliance, and onboarding with clinical sites.
• Develop and maintain clinical partnerships and collaborate with Business Development Management as needed.
• Lead NCLEX-RN preparation planning and quality improvement activities.
• Travel approximately 10% as needed.
• Ensure onboarding and ongoing faculty development and performance assessment.
