Candidates must hold a nursing diploma or degree, active nursing license, and be fluent in English. Successful applicants have the chance to earn a bonus of $13,500 and receive relocation assistance, along with health, dental, and vision insurance. Flexibility with assignment location is a must, and candidates from Mexico or Canada are preferred for TN Visa eligibility.
