Job summary

Indianspring, a skilled nursing facility in Cincinnati, seeks a Clinical Team Leader to oversee care delivery on nursing units. The Nurse Unit Manager directs care processes, supports residents, families, and staff, and ensures quality and safety across shifts.

The role requires RN licensure, strong organizational and leadership abilities, and experience in infection control, wound care, and fall prevention. On-call duties may apply; join a facility committed to excellence in geriatric care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to oversee care delivery and staff education.

Responsibilities

• Oversees care delivery on nursing units and serves as resource nurse for staff.
• Expedites patient/family adaptation through communication and education.
• Ensures high-quality care delivery and nursing supervision across shifts.
• Monitors patient care and environment with daily rounds with DON/adon.
• Directs infection control, wound care, and fall-reduction processes.
• Assists with new admissions and initiates care plans within 48 hours.
• Provides on-the-spot in-service training and supports charge nurses.
• Handles complaints per policy and conducts chart audits as delegated.
