Job summary

Mercy is seeking a nurse tech to assist in individualized patient care under the supervision of an RN or LPN. You will work as part of a collaborative team to support patient wellness and perform designated clinical procedures and related nonclinical tasks.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED with enrollment in a nursing program and BLS certification within one month of hire. Preferred credentials include EMT, Paramedic, CNA, CPCT, EMT, or AUA as applicable.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED and enrolled in an approved nursing program.
• Provide transcripts showing completion of Fundamentals of Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
• BLS certification within one month of hire.
• Preferred: EMT, Paramedic, CNA, CPCT, EMT, or Advanced Unlicensed Assistant (AUA) in the state of practice.
