Job summary

Lifepoint Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant to provide essential support to nursing staff and assist patients with daily living activities in a fast-paced care setting.

Responsibilities include basic patient care, vital signs, toileting assistance, and ensuring a clean, safe environment for patients, along with timely response to call lights and admissions/discharges when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum six months in an acute or long-term care facility preferred.
• Certifications: CPR/BCLS certification required.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills are required.

• Respond promptly to patient call lights, telephone, and paging systems.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
