Job summary

Dove Healthcare in Eau Claire is seeking a Nurse Technician to support our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team. This role offers full-time, part-time, or casual opportunities with rotations including every other weekend and holidays.

Pay ranges from $22.50 to $27.50 per hour, plus shift differentials for PM and NOC shifts. We welcome nursing students who have completed at least one semester and pharmacology, with a focus on patient care and safety.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a CNA in Wisconsin.
• Successful completion of at least one nursing school semester.
• Successful completion of a pharmacology class.
• Willingness to work every other weekend and holiday.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and/or treatments.
• Perform delegated nursing or nursing-related duties under the supervision of a registered nurse.
• Collect data on patient/resident conditions.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and report changes to the RN in charge.

Position Details

• Full-time, part-time or casual opportunities available!
• Includes every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Pay: $22.50-$27.50/hour
• Shift differentials: Additional $1.50/hour for PM shifts and $4.00/hour for NOC shifts

What You'll Do

• Administer medications and/or treatments
• Perform delegated nursing or nursing related duties under the direct supervision of a registered nurse
• Collect data on patient/resident conditions
• Maintain accurate and complete records of nursing care and report significant resident observations and changes in condition to the registered nurse in charge

What We're Looking For

• Current certification as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) in the State of Wisconsin
• Successful completion of at least one semester of nursing school
• Successful completion of a pharmacology class
• Willingness to work every other weekend and holiday
