Job summary

Mh M is seeking a Nurse Tech to provide direct and indirect patient care across all age groups on the Nursing Unit. The role supports planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating daily activities to ensure safe, efficient patient flow and quality care.

The Tech will perform clerical and receptionist duties as well as selected patient care tasks and help maintain the nurses’ station environment. Candidates must be enrolled in an approved nursing program, have first-semester nursing courses

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in and have completed the first semester of an approved nursing course.
• Basic nursing skills learned in the first semester.
• Current BLS certification (may be obtained at orientation).
• Must pass boards within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care to all age groups on the Nursing Unit.
• Assist in planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating activities on the Nursing Unit.
• Perform clerical and receptionist duties and assist in maintaining the nurses’ station environment.
