Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO is seeking a nurse tech to assist in the individualized care of patients under supervision of an RN or LPN. You will work as part of a team, perform designated clinical procedures and nonclinical tasks essential to patient care.

This part-time/PRN role requires a high school diploma or GED and enrollment in an approved nursing program. BLS within one month of hire; EMT/CPCT/CNA credentials are preferred. Lifts up to 50 lbs and stands for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and enrollment in an approved nursing program.
• Provide transcripts showing Fundamentals of Nursing completion and competency skills from the institution.
• Must remain in good standing with the school of nursing while in this role.
