Job summary

Vantage of West Springfield is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive nursing care for residents and support the healthcare team in delivering safe, compassionate care. The RN will coordinate clinical care, supervise staff, and ensure quality outcomes for residents.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Massachusetts RN license.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care to residents
• Administer and document medications and treatments
• Monitor resident status and report changes
• Assist physicians with procedures and care planning
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs as assigned
