East and North Hertfordshire Teaching NHS Trust is seeking a Nurse Team Leader for the Chemotherapy Suite at Mount Vernon Cancer Centre. You will lead a dedicated nursing team, ensuring high standards of care for adults receiving chemotherapy, immunotherapy and targeted therapies within the day unit.

You will coordinate day-to-day operations, support education and development of staff, and deputise for the Unit Sister as required.

Qualifikationen

• Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in chemotherapy or oncology leadership preferred.

Aufgaben

• Deliver high standards of specialist nursing care to patients in the MVCC Chemotherapy Suite.
• Coordinate the overall management of the Unit and support the Unit Sister.
• Facilitate education and development of both qualified and unqualified staff.
• deputise for the Unit Sister and provide leadership in daily operations.
