A leading academic health institution in San Francisco is seeking a Nursing Manager to oversee nursing and administrative operations in specific patient care areas. This role requires strong analytical skills, extensive leadership experience, and a solid background in Perianesthesia. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and have at least 5 years of relevant experience. Competitive salary range is between $234,800 and $256,600 annually, depending on experience.
Manages nursing and administrative operations in specific patient care areas. Implements changes to patient workflows and operational processes. Maintains 24 hour line management responsibility for the administration of fiscal, material and human resources. Direct reports are typically supervisor level.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $234,800 - $256,600 (Annual Rate).
