Job summary

Ansted Center seeks an experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead our nursing team in delivering compassionate, resident-centered care in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. You will oversee daily clinical operations, guide and mentor nursing staff, and ensure high standards of quality, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities include resident assessments, care planning, medication administration, and coordination with therapy, medical providers, families, and support staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the state.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams.
