Mary Ann Morse Healthcare Center in Natick, MA seeks a Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN) for the Skilled Nursing Facility. The role provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises nursing assistants to maintain high-quality care in accordance with applicable standards.

Evening shift, 40 hours per week with Monday–Friday schedule and rotating weekend on-call. Requires Massachusetts license as RN or LPN and a nursing degree, plus prior supervisory experience preferred.

Summary

The primary purpose of the Nursing Supervisor (RN or LPN) position is to provide direct nursing care to your assigned residents and to supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility and may be required by the Director of Nursing or his/her designee to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Qualifications

• Must possess at minimum a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved RN or LPN program.
• Must have a current, unencumbered RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
• At least two years of RN or LPN work experience required.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
