The Orchards Michigan in Detroit, MI seeks a Nurse Supervisor who will oversee resident care plans and supervise nursing staff to maintain high quality care. The role requires RN or LPN licensure and LTC supervisory experience.

Responsibilities include coordinating services, ensuring safety and infection control, and maintaining thorough documentation while supporting a compassionate, team-based environment.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and licensed RN/LPN.
• Experience in long term care with supervisory responsibilities preferred.

Mansioni

• Direct and supervise resident care plan implementation, ensuring safety and infection control.
• Coordinate services on assigned units to create a homelike atmosphere for residents.
• Regularly round on nursing units and monitor staff and resident well-being.
• Ensure staff treat residents with dignity and respect and follow facility policies.
• Provide education and support to nurses, assist with care planning and priorities.
• Document incidents and complaints; help determine root causes and preventive measures.
