Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing teams, implement care programs, and ensure high-quality rehabilitation services. This role emphasizes collaboration with administration and nursing leadership to deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care on a dedicated unit.

The position requires active RN licensure, BLS/ACLS within one year, and CRRN within a year, with a BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• BLS and ACLS certifications to be obtained within one year.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within a year.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred).
• Two years of inpatient hospital experience in the last five years.
• Leadership role with accountability for patient and staff results.

Responsabilités

• Assist in developing and implementing personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during shifts or on the unit.
• Monitor staff, provide on-the-spot feedback, annual evaluations, and discipline as needed.
• Assume patient care as needed and build meaningful relationships for recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories along the way.
