Job summary

Genesis HCC seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing staff in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. You will oversee clinical care delivery, coordinate patient care plans, mentor and schedule RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, and ensure compliance with regulatory and Genesis policies.

The role includes patient assessments, care planning, medication administration oversight, and quality/safety monitoring.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse with supervisory experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Ability to lead, mentor and schedule RNs, LPNs, and CNAs; strong team leadership.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Genesis policies; patient-centered care.
