The major function of this position is to supervise the residential services section of the Whitaker PRTF. This position assumes a leadership role in primarily supervising YPEA staff members but will also assist in the supervision of nursing staff as well. This position coordinates activities between defined areas, and provides supervisory input into scheduling, programmatic treatment and other medical and residentially based decisions. This position also provides clinical oversight of YPEA’s on all shifts and to the nursing staff as needed. Monitoring residents for physical and psychological status, administering medication and evaluation of effectiveness, monitors and documentation of seclusions and restraints, and provides ongoing resident education regarding health, self-care, socialization skills, and medication utilization.

This is a full-time position and is eligiblefor the full State benefits package including health insurance, paid sick/vacation/holidays, and retirement. The normal working hours are Monday - Friday,3:00 p.m. - 11:30 p.m., flexibility is required to meet hospital needs.
