Job summary

Alliance Health at Braintree is seeking a dedicated LPN/RN Supervisor to lead weekend clinical operations at our 101-bed nonprofit skilled nursing facility in Braintree, MA. The role runs Saturday and Sunday, 7am–7pm, and requires an active MA LPN or RN license. A $5,000 signing bonus is offered to new hires.

As part of a mission-driven team, you’ll oversee nursing staff, ensure high-quality care, and collaborate with physicians and the broader care team to support resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Active MA LPN or RN license required.
• Weekend supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise weekend nursing staff (Sat–Sun, 7am–7pm) and coordinate patient care.
• Ensure quality of care and regulatory compliance on weekend shifts.
• Communicate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team as needed.

Salary: $48. to $52 per hour
