Job summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Concordville in Pennsylvania is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing teams in the rehabilitation setting. You will oversee patient care, implement procedures, and mentor staff to deliver compassionate, evidence-based treatment.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required by state regulations.
• BLS certification; ACLS within one year of starting.
• CRRN certification within one year.
• BSN or related degree preferred.
• Two years inpatient hospital experience in last five years.
• Previous leadership role (charge nurse/lead) with accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement personalized patient care programs, policies, and procedures.
• Act as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.
• Supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during shifts or on a unit.
• Monitor and coach staff; provide feedback, evaluations, and discipline as needed.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and build rapport with patients for successful recovery.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress with the care team.

• Serving as the crucial liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• BLS certification with ACLS certification to be obtained within one year of starting position.
• CRRN certification to be obtained within a year of meeting the eligibility requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Two years of recent experience in an inpatient hospital setting (within the last five years).
• Previous leadership role, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, where you were responsible for interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
