Responsibilities

• Observe and shadow assigned LPNs and RNs during daily nursing activities.
• Learn nursing workflows, documentation, and resident care processes.
• Observe resident conditions and report observations to the preceptor.
• Review vital signs under the guidance of the preceptor.
• Assist with gathering supplies and supporting non-clinical tasks as directed.
• Maintain resident privacy, confidentiality, and professional conduct at all times.
• Follow facility policies, safety procedures, and infection control practices.
• Participate in learning opportunities to enhance nursing knowledge and professional development.
