Pembroke Hospital, a 120-bed acute care inpatient behavioral health facility south of Boston in Pembroke, MA, seeks an Overnight Nursing Supervisor for a part-time role with every other weekend. You will oversee nursing services during shifts, coordinate admissions, and provide leadership to ensure high-quality patient care in a behavioral health setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Massachusetts RN license.
• Minimum 4 years of related nursing experience.
• CPR certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal and crisis management skills.

Responsibilities

• Have administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for the overall coordination of nursing services during the shift.
• Supervise / coordinate services provided during admissions and on inpatient units to optimize resources.
• Provide leadership to nursing staff to ensure adherence to nursing standards and hospital policies.

Pembroke Hospital is a 120-bed acute care, inpatient behavioral health facility located south of Boston, in Pembroke, MA. Situated on 26 acres, we offer inpatient and partial hospitalization treatment to teens, adults and older adults, and our services are designed to assess, stabilize, and treat patients by addressing their primary symptoms and problems. The Nursing Supervisor is an essential part of Pembroke Hospital’s inpatient leadership team. This is a part time position and includes an every other weekend requirement.

Responsibilities

• Have administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for the overall coordination of nursing services during the shift
• Supervise / coordinate services provided during admissions and on the inpatient units to provide optimal utilization of human and environmental services
• Provide leadership to nursing staff in the nursing care delivery system in order to ensure accordance with Pembroke Hospital’s philosophy and established nursing standards of practice of care and policies and procedures
