Job summary

Bella Terra Morton Grove is seeking a dedicated RN or LPN to join our Night (NOC) shift team in Morton Grove, IL. You will provide direct bedside nursing care, administer medications as ordered, and monitor residents to ensure safety and well-being in a warm, home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN or LPN license in Illinois.
• Experience providing patient-centered care in a skilled nursing setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents during the Night (NOC) shift.
• Monitor and document resident conditions, administer medications per orders, and communicate with day shift staff.
• Ensure safety, comfort, and well-being of residents while maintaining facility protocols.
