Job summary

Patient First is seeking a licensed nurse in Virginia to deliver ambulatory care to individuals and families. You will implement policies, provide quality nursing care, and maintain a warm, friendly environment for patients and staff.

The role requires medication administration, assisting physicians in emergencies, sound judgment, and teamwork. Applicants should have a high school diploma, VA nursing license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice as a nurse in Virginia.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Keyboarding experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• One year of clerical experience preferred.
• One year of clinical experience with administration of medications preferred.

• Administering medications and knowing correct dosage, actions, and side effects of each medication administered;

Minimum education and professional requirements

• Employee must be at least 18 years of age;
• High school graduate or equivalent;
• Keyboarding experience required;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• One year of clerical experience preferred;
• One year of clinical experience with administration of medications preferred;
• Licensed to practice as a Nurse in the state of Virginia.

Salary Range: $27.50 - $37.50, depending on experience.
