The Northbridge Companies seeks a Wellness Nurse RN/LPN to join our health and wellness team in Milford, NH. The Nurse will provide resident-centered care in our assisted living community, following personalized care plans and maintaining accurate medical records.

The position offers weekday hours (Mon-Fri 12pm-8pm) with weekend differentials and opportunities for growth through training and in-services. Join us to enrich lives with compassionate care.

• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and coordinate with EMS as needed.
• Communicate with residents' families about health and changes.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
