Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Per Diem placements across Hampton Roads. You will provide hands-on nursing care, administer medications, document patient information, and assist with wound care as needed.

This role offers same-day or next-day pay, a signing bonus after two shifts, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling. Local staffing coordinators are available 5 AM–11:30 PM to support you.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
