Job summary

Patient First is hiring for an ambulatory care nurse to deliver quality nursing services in a welcoming environment. The role emphasizes correct medication administration, patient screening, and teamwork with physicians.

Candidates should have a nursing license, high school diploma, and strong communication skills. A sign-on bonus is offered along with comprehensive benefits and paid leave. Prior clerical/clinical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Keyboarding experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• One year of clerical experience preferred.
• One year of clinical experience with administration of medications preferred.
• Licensed to practice as a Nurse in the state of Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Implementing Patient First's policies and procedures.

Minimum education and professional requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Employee must be at least 18 years of age;
• High school graduate or equivalent;
• Keyboarding experience required;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• One year of clerical experience preferred;
• One year of clinical experience with administration of medications preferred;
• Licensed to practice as a Nurse in the state of Virginia.

Salary Range: $27.50 - $37.50, depending on experience.
