Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program with basic licensure.
• State license must be active, full, and unrestricted.
• Nursing education can be ADN/ Diploma or BSN; higher degrees noted for advancement.

Responsabilités

• Provide fundamental and complex nursing care to assigned patients.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care across age-specific components.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team to educate patients and families.
• Administer medications and procedures per policy; ensure safety and quality of care.
• Lead and participate in clinical practice to support patient education and self-management.
• Meet the requirements of VA Nurse Qualifications and complete licensure as applicable.
