• Provide individualized nursing care to cancer patients and families according to hospital standards
• Participate in a structured residency to develop clinical and leadership skills
• Engage in onboarding and orientation with a 12-month residency program; complete required education days
• Sign a two-year employment commitment after program completion and comply with policies
