AdventHealth in Shawnee Mission, Kansas, is seeking an experienced RN Education Specialist to drive clinical education programs and staff development. You will design and deliver evidence-based curricula, onboard new colleagues, and serve as a clinical resource within the nursing team.

The role emphasizes patient safety, compliance with standards, and collaboration with educators, clinicians, and leadership to advance the hospital’s educational mission.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Kansas or eligible
• ADN/BSN/MSN preferred
• Experience in clinical education and staff development desired
