BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. in Bucks County, PA is offering a Nurse Residency Program for recent nursing graduates who have passed the NCLEX and hold a U.S. nursing license. The program is the only paid residency in home care to earn ANCC accreditation.

Pay ranges from $27–$29 per hour for day shifts and $28–$30 per hour for evening/overnight shifts, with weekly pay and structured six-week training, followed by flexible scheduling and ongoing clinical support.

Formación

• Recent nursing graduates with passed NCLEX and US licensure.
• CPR in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• One on one nursing care will be provided to patients.
• Participate in Nurse Residency activities and training.
