• Participate in Nurse Residency Program with mentorship and feedback.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
• Administer treatments, monitor vitals, educate patients and families.
• Develop professional competencies and ownership of assignments.
• Adhere to evidence-based nursing practice.
