BAYADA Home Health Care is offering a Nurse Residency Program for nursing graduates with a scheduled or passed NCLEX in the United States. The program is the only paid, new graduate residency in home health care to be ANCC-accredited, with benefits including paid training and shadowing, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling after a 6-week training period.

Participants gain one-on-one patient care experience and access to round-the-clock clinical support, with the potential for $1,200 nursing

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S. and graduation from a qualified nursing program.
• CPR certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care to patients.
• Undergo a 6-week training program with shadowing.
• Support patients and families with clinical care and guidance.
