Nurse residents will develop clinical judgment, effective communication, and teamwork while enjoying cohort experiences that promote professional growth and socialization. Opportunities span Acute Care, Critical Care, Emergency Dept, and more.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• New graduates eligible.
• Current Georgia RN license and BLS certification required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle using nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient care activities and maintain standards of practice.
• Demonstrate professional growth and accountability.
