Job summary

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Erie VAMC seeks a Registered Nurse for a Quality Management Consultant role to support accreditation, safety, infection control, risk management, analytics, and veteran experience programs.

You will collaborate with services to improve quality, gather data, monitor compliance, and lead initiatives across the facility and CBOCs. The position requires RN licensure, with a path to permanent appointment upon qualification.

Qualifications

• English Language Proficiency
• Provide basic nursing licensure requirements and licensure paths.
• RN education and licensure prerequisites including ACEN/CCNE accreditation.
• Foreign-educated nurses may need degree equivalency validation.
