Job summary

Epic is recruiting for a clinical software advisor based in Madison, WI, to guide nursing teams through our patient-focused Epic applications. You will analyze client needs, craft workflows, and steer project strategy from inception through go-live across healthcare systems nationwide.

You may also contribute to the clinical informatics content and deliver software demonstrations to current and prospective customers, partnering with hospitals and clinics on nursing informatics goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (BSN preferred).
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs, create clinical workflows, develop strategies tailored to each organization, and provide guidance throughout the project.
• Beyond implementation there’s the opportunity to join the clinical informatics team to develop system content and conduct software demonstrations for current and prospective customers.
• Partner with hospitals and clinics as a nurse liaison to help them accomplish their nursing informatics goals.
