Saint Alphonsus is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to lead wound care and hyperbaric medicine initiatives across Ontario and Baker City, Oregon. You will provide clinical treatment, consultations, and collaborate with reconstructive surgery to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires an unrestricted Oregon NP license, Oregon CDS and DEA registrations, and Idaho licensure for cross-system support, with a strong family/emergency medicine background guiding patient care.

Formación

• Unrestricted Oregon NP license.

• Idaho licensure to be obtained for cross-system support.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical treatment and consultations across the health system.
• Manage acute/chronic wounds and hyperbaric medicine needs across the programme.
• Telemedicine consultations and collaboration with reconstructive surgery.
• Clinic week with 36 patient-contact hours and PRN on-call.
