Competenze

• Active CRNP license in Pennsylvania required.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred; strong new graduates with applicable training welcome.
• Certification in a relevant specialty area.
• Master's or DNP degree required.
• Strong foundation in family planning, reproductive health, and preventive care.
• Ability to travel locally for coverage or training.

Mansioni

• Provide comprehensive primary care and women's health services to diverse patient populations.
• Conduct physical examinations, develop diagnoses, and create evidence-based treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests within full scope of practice.
• Perform procedures including IUD insertions, contraceptive counseling, colposcopy (if certified), and reproductive health services.
• Collaborate with physicians, MAs, and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment options.
• Utilize UpToDate and evidence-based clinical resources.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and outcome tracking.
