Job summary

Novella Infusion, LLC invites a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Westford, MA infusion center. You will oversee clinic operations, coordinate infusions, and contribute to a patient-centered care model in a state-of-the-art facility.

Schedule: Wednesday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. This role emphasizes collaboration with procurement, intake, and EMR teams to deliver timely treatments and maintain regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Nursing and NP certification from a recognized certifying body.
• Excellent IV skills demonstrated in clinical practice.
• Proven ability to manage clinical responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Physical ability to stand, sit, bend and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate infusion appointments with precision and care.
• Collaborate with procurement to manage inventory and supplies.
• Partner with intake to ensure proper scheduling of treatments.
• Conduct monthly QA reviews and audit EMR medical records.
• Support Medical Assistant with up-to-date patient information in the EMR.
• Stay informed about infusion therapies and company policies.
• Build relationships with local providers to strengthen referrals.
