Job summary

MedEvals Management LLC/Clay Consulting LLC seeks a Nurse Practitioner to perform Compensation & Pension examinations, Physical Health Assessments, and DOI evaluations for veterans and service members in a clinic setting. The NP will review records, conduct focused histories, and prepare evaluative reports aligned with VHA, VBA, DMA, and client guidelines, ensuring timely, accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with NP licensure.
• Master's degree in Nursing required; RN/NP licenses active.
• Experience with C&P exams and charting systems preferred.
• Strong written/verbal communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct C&P examinations for veterans and service members.
• Perform PHAs and DOI examinations as assigned.
• Review medical records and service histories for evaluations.
• Complete evaluative reports per VBA/VHA/DMA guidelines.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation.
