Job summary

The IMA Group is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to conduct VA disability evaluations. You’ll perform physical exams, review medical records and diagnostic tests, and prepare VA-compliant reports to determine service-connected conditions. This is a full-time role with part-time options prorated, no on-call or overnight shifts.

Starting salary: $115,000–$125,000 per year. Requirements include an active NP license and a Master’s degree in Nursing, plus prior NP clinical experience.

Make a real difference in Veterans' lives - without the grind of traditional clinical practice. The IMA Group is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to conduct medical evaluations that help Veterans get the disability compensation they've earned.

The Role

You’ll perform physical exams, review medical records and diagnostic testing, and prepare VA-compliant reports assessing whether conditions are service-connected. Full-time (5 days/week) with part-time options available, prorated accordingly.

No on-call. No overnight shifts. Just meaningful, evaluation-focused work.

Starting Salary: $115,000–$125,000/year (full-time)

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, including history reviews and physical exams
• Interpret diagnostic and ancillary testing
• Prepare detailed reports using VA criteria
• Submit VA-approved questionnaires through our streamlined reporting platform
