Job summary

You will conduct in-person evaluations, review histories, document functional findings, and collaborate with teams to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Active NP license required.
• Strong clinical evaluation and documentation skills.
• Experience in family practice, internal medicine, urgent care, occupational health or related specialty preferred.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality documentation standards.
