Pay or shift range: $124,000 USD to $145,000 USD. The posted range is the budgeted amount for this position. The actual rate of pay will be determined based on several factors, including your relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and alignment with Meritus Health’s compensation practices.

About Meritus Urology

At Meritus Urology, we specialize in diagnosing and treating conditions involving the bladder, prostate, and kidneys. Our team provides care for patients of all ages, addressing:

• Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
• Bladder and kidney stones
• Cancers of the bladder, kidney, and prostate
• Enlarged prostate

As a Urology APP, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining high-quality care and efficient practice operations. You’ll work closely with our physicians and fellow APPs to deliver comprehensive urologic services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for a wide range of urological conditions
• Assist in the operating room (OR) several days per week
• Participate in scheduled OR block days and contribute to surgical procedures
• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 AM, Monday through Friday
• Participate in call coverage, which may include in-house rounding during daytime hours
