Job summary

WSi Healthcare Personnel is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality care at urgent care locations in North Denver. You will assess, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries, order tests, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a Colorado NP license, ANCC or AANP certification, and has urgent care or emergency medicine experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with acute illnesses and injuries.

What You'll Do

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with common acute illnesses and injuries.
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to guide patient care.
• Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with state regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver efficient, patient-centered care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in electronic health records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education.

What We're Looking For

• Current Colorado Nurse Practitioner license.
• ANCC or AANP certification.
• Previous urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferred.
