Job summary

Parkview Physicians Group is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or PA to join our trauma and acute care surgery team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The candidate should exhibit excellent communication, collaboration with intra-departmental teams, and strong critical thinking to deliver patient-centered care.

Requirements include MSN (DNP optional), current RN and APRN licenses, national certification, and at least one year of NP experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Master of Science in Nursing program (DNP optional).
• Current or pending state license for RN and APRN.
• Current or pending certification by an approved professional certification organization.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Master of Science in Nursing program (DNP optional)
• Current or pending state license for Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
• Current or pending certification by an approved professional certification organization
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.

Certifications as required by specialty which may be but are not limited to:

• BLS through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• ACLS/ACLS-EP
• PALS
• ATLS
• CSR

Certain departments or specialties may require additional experience as a nurse or Nurse Practitioner.
