Your Opportunity

We’re hiring a Full‑Time Nurse Practitioner to deliver exceptional sleep care as a vital member of Dreem Health’s clinical team. Reporting to the Medical Director, you’ll screen, diagnose, and treat patients struggling with sleep issues, directly shaping their health outcomes and quality of life. This is a senior, high‑impact role reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer, operating at the intersection of a patient‑focused approach, excellent communication, proactive innovation, critical thinking, prioritization, and flexibility.

What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive sleep medicine care via telemedicine
• Document patient interactions using our customized EHR
• Apply appropriate billing procedures
• Participate in quality control and improvement activities
• Return patient messages and calls in a timely fashion
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Keep current with and follow AASM guidelines and clinic medical protocols in your clinical care and decisions

What You Bring

• A minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience
• At least 3 years of experience in sleep or sleep medicine for candidates wanting to start within one month
• Applicants without prior sleep experience must enroll in the Dreem Health Academy program — a paid, 4‑week training course. Completion of this course is mandatory before beginning any work with patients
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
• CA and TN APRN license required; additional state licenses are a plus
• Active CA furnishing license and TN prescriptive authority for non‑controlled substances/devices
• Must be able to work full time, a minimum of 36 hours per week, Monday through Friday

Compensation

$130,000 - $140,000 depending on experience.
